In 2011, IWAN Crafts was established with the purpose of producing high quality furniture and pieces.

JEDAR represents the second generation of IWAN projects, continuing on the same family neighborhood concept with the balanced life style approach. It was the first time for a real estate development establishment to be energy & community centric in order to achieve what it stands for “Balanced Homes”
