Bo Sands North Coast

Bo Sands is part of the exclusive Bo Sidi Abdelrahman. The master plan unfolds with the first strip that is parallel to the highway hosting a vast commercial area and a hotel. Following this, there are three residential areas encircling lagoons and gardens, and surrounded by roads for optimal connectivity.

The plan features several lagoons that sum up to an area of 150,000m2 and landscaped areas up to 100,000 m2 rendering an enticing greenery and waterfront view for residents.
